What brought you to the industry?

Geekiness and blind luck. After years as a cop/fire/city council/Pet of the Week news reporter, I answered an ad for a job at Cable World Magazine.

What do you do at One Touch Intelligence?

I observe the insanity surrounding the U.S. wireless, business services, Internet video and telecom technology markets and try to make sense of it in reports such as WIRELESSTRAK™.

What are some personal interests?

I’m a geeky information omnivore, cycling nut, power tool owner, Joss Whedon fan and world traveler.
