OTI Portal - Client Services Manager
Objective: Reporting to the Director OTI Portal, the Sr. Client Services Manager is responsible for providing cross-departmental support for OTI’s services, products and clients. The primary function of this position will be client support, content management, regression testing, new feature development and ad-hoc project management assistance for our proprietary SaaS application (the “portal”). As a key position within OTI’s operations, this role interfaces daily with internal and third-party analysts, OTI staff, vendors and client contacts.
Client Interaction: provide unparalleled customer support while responding to general client requests, product training webinars, client onboarding and awareness campaigns.
Project Management: lead client portal improvement projects and assist with planning, organization, and marketing efforts while proactively searching for and enacting process improvement procedures.
Performance Metrics: monitor and analyze monthly user activity metrics to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Client Onboarding: lead client onboarding process from initial concept to administrative and end-user adoption and support.
Product Optimization: help to develop and leverage new Portal widgets, User Interface and User Experience principles, custom branding and application design elements to optimize our portal service offerings for our clients.
Portal Regression Testing: work closely with our development team to document and maintain thorough testing procedures and regression testing scripts while ensuring that validated deployments meet functional and design specification requirements.
Daily monitoring and posting: upload internal and external documents to client portals based on agreed upon business rules.
Content organization and presentation: assume an active role in ensuring that all content within OTI Portals is accurate, thorough and input in an effective manner consistent with the high expectations of OTI. Provide periodic audits and reviews of additional content inputted by others to ensure a similar level of quality
Cross-Functional Team Support: support additional requests and assignments across the Portal Team and other OTI departments.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, business intelligence, information technology or related field.
Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to superiors, colleagues and clients of various levels.
Strong organizational, project management and customer service skills.
Experience in SaaS project management or Quality Assurance product testing preferred.
Experience developing, documenting and implementing User Acceptance and regression testing best practices preferred.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work within tight and often-changing deadlines.
A commitment to self-sufficiency and the ability to work as part of a team.
Intellectual curiosity, innovation, high standards, adherence to deadlines.
Direct experience within the telecom, cable/satellite TV and consumer electronics sectors is a plus.
Travel may be required.
