Manager Business Services

Objective: Reporting to the SVP Operations, the Manager Business Services is responsible for providing Bookkeeping/Financial, HR and Administrative support to the company. The primary Bookkeeper responsibility is to manage and oversee the accounting transactions for the company along with all vendor and client invoices. The HR responsibility is to be the liaison between OTI and our PEO and to assist employees with their ongoing HR needs. Administrative responsibilities are to provide direct support for the SVP Operations in addition to other senior staff on an as-needed basis. As a key position within OTI’s operations team, this role interfaces daily with all OTI staff, contractors and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Weekly AP/AR: receive, approve, code and when necessary investigate accounts payable invoices; organize and keep track of accounts receivable and deposit accounts receivable as needed; oversee and work directly with OTI’s outside bookkeeper.

  • Oversee PEO relationship: have complete familiarity with all benefits, procedures and key contacts.

  • Monthly Invoicing: prepare and submit client invoices with oversite from SVP Operations; process and track invoices and payments.

  • Collections: when needed notify clients of delinquent accounts.

  • Administrative: oversee office management; make travel arrangements as needed; work in conjunction with staff regarding office supplies; maintain relationship with building office staff regarding parking, compliance and maintenance issues; assist with ad-hoc projects. 

  • Financial Support: process expense reports; provide special reports as needed; oversee company’s miscellaneous expenses, etc.

  • New Hires: assist with the interview scheduling process and coordinate new hire onboarding; provide comprehensive orientation to new hires.

  • PTO Management: update and maintain PTO calendar; train new hires on PTO software use; approve all PTO requests and reconcile monthly PTO reports.

  • Contractors: coordinate with inhouse contractor manager, oversee all needed paperwork and payment of outside contractors.

  • Deliverable Proofreading: provide additional cross-departmental proofreading and QA support for OTI deliverables.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field

  • 2+ years previous bookkeeping/administrative experience

  • Basic accounting skills

  • Familiarity with Peachtree Complete Accounting software

  • Ability to handle fiscal information with confidentiality and integrity

  • Familiarity with HR responsibilities and procedures

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

  • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Jr. Data Manager

Objective: Reporting to the OTI Data Manager, the OTT Data Manager is responsible for providing cross-departmental support to the OTT data acquisition team, dmi.tv team, and the Media and Industry Analytics teams. This position will provide daily support for the OTI Data Warehouse and ETL Cycle. This includes all steps in the data management process with a heavy emphasis on data extraction and dataset transformation. This role may also assist with ad-hoc project needs.  As a key position within OTI’s operations team, this role interfaces daily with OTI staff, contractors, and vendors.

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Daily monitoring of the OTI Data Warehouse and ETL Cycle, to ensure that all data is collected, cleansed, stored and delivered accurately and efficiently.

  • Personnel Management: Responsible for managing the workflow and responsibilities of the OTT Data Collection team.

  • Data Cleansing: Ongoing identification and correction of corrupt or inaccurate records within relational databases and datasets.

  • Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis: Respond and deliver upon additional data requests and assignments across the OTT data acquisition team and all other OTI departments.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a computer, technology or data related discipline. 

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis.

  • 2+ years of experience managing personnel.

  • Strong experience with the ETL Cycle and Data Warehousing.

  • Strong experience managing data in Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Experience in Python stronglypreferred.

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Familiarity with online streaming sites: Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • A commitment to self-sufficiency and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Intellectual curiosity, innovation, high standards, and a strict adherence to deadlines.

  • Direct experience within the telecom, cable/satellite TV and consumer electronics sectors is a plus.


OTI Portal - Sr. Client Services Manager

Objective: Reporting to the Director OTI Portal, the Sr. Client Services Manager is responsible for providing cross-departmental support for OTI’s services, products and clients. The primary function of this position will be client support, content management, regression testing, new feature development and ad-hoc project management assistance for our proprietary SaaS application (the “portal”). As a key position within OTI’s operations, this role interfaces daily with internal and third-party analysts, OTI staff, vendors and client contacts.  

 

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: provide unparalleled customer support while responding to general client requests, product training webinars, client onboarding and awareness campaigns.

  • Project Management: lead client portal improvement projects and assist with planning, organization, and marketing efforts while proactively searching for and enacting process improvement procedures.

  • Portal Regression Testing: work closely with our development team to document and maintain thorough testing procedures and regression testing scripts while ensuring that validated deployments meet functional and design specification requirements.

  • Performance Metrics: monitor and analyze monthly user activity metrics to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Client Onboarding: lead client onboarding process from initial concept to administrative and end-user adoption and support.

  • Product Optimization: help to develop and leverage new Portal widgets, UI/UX principles, custom branding and application design elements to optimize our portal service offerings for our clients.

  • Daily monitoring and posting: upload internal and external documents to client portals based on agreed upon business rules.

  • Content organization and presentation: assume an active role in ensuring that all content within OTI Portals is accurate, thorough and input in an effective manner consistent with the high expectations of OTI. Provide periodic audits and reviews of additional content inputted by others to ensure a similar level of quality.

  • Cross-Functional Team Support: support additional requests and assignments across the Portal Team and other OTI departments.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, business intelligence, information technology or related field.  

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS project management or QA product testing.

  • Experience developing, documenting and implementing QA/regression testing best practices.

  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

  • Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to superiors, colleagues and clients of various levels.

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.

  • Strong organizational, project management and customer service skills.

  • Advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
